From January until July 2010, we will be making some great improvements in our bedrooms giving you an even better place to work, relax and sleep. We don’t anticipate you will be affected by this bedroom refurbishment during your stay as this will be completed in 2 separate phases in 2 separate wings of the hotel. The Terrace
There's a lightness of touch about the Terrace and it applies as much to the room as the menu. By day , the space is bright, informal and fresh. At night the atmosphere turns a little more starry as the lights from the famous Castle cast a sparkle across the room. The menu is just as vibrant with our famous carvery, cold cut buffet and sizzling stir-fry selection.
Santini
Santini is an altogether contemporary take on the best Italian cooking. Authentic flavours burst with vitality on a menu that takes inspiration from across the regions. From stunningly simple pasta to the freshest pesce e carne, Santini has a passion for food, for life.
One Spa Cafe
One Spa Cafe offers a delicious wellness cuisine served in the tranquil and relaxed surroundings. The menu features light meals, herbal infusions, energizers, and smoothies. At One spa Café you can meet with friends, flick through magazines or simply relax between spa treatments and workouts.
