Cancellation Policy
Cancellation should be made in writing not later than 4pm on the day prior to the date of arrival. For bookings of 7 nights or more, written cancellation should be made not less than 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made outwith these periods may be liable for a charge which will not exceed 1 nights accommodation. Prepaid reservations can be cancelled but an administration charge of £25 will be retained.
