Edinburgh Rugby League – The Magic Weekend 1st and 2nd May 2010

Seven games of Super League held over an intense two days in Edinburgh, the Magic Weekend is a rugby-lover's dream, taking place over the May bank holiday weekend of 1st and 2nd May 2010.

Murrayfield is now host of this prestigious event, taking over from Cardiff in 2009, and it means that Edinburgh will be hosting top class rugby league again for the second year running (2009 was the first time since the 2002 Rugby League Challenge Cup Final). Organisers hope that moving the event to Scotland will extend the audience for rugby league well beyond its traditional Lancashire/Yorkshire heartland.
